I registered my property for rental through Casas Espania only at the beginning of this year, and I just wanted to let you know that it's one of the best decisions I've made since buying a property in Spain.

I have had my apartment for 10 years now and after returning to the UK I tried to manage it myself and relied on a neighbour to get me some bookings and to maintain the place for me. It just seemed to cause me one hassle after another to the point where I thought the best thing to do was to sell the place at a loss.

Then I saw the ad at Casas Espania for Property Rentals and thought I'd give it a try. I met up with Andy and (I'm sure he'll confirm this) I was very reluctant to hand over the management fee up front. But since then Andy has been "My Man in Spain". He has got me a few medium-term bookings which have more than covered my outgoings, and more importantly, he has handled any problems there and then and dealt with maintenance issues immediately they arise. He goes well over and above - even rescuing our IPad from Airport Security! I have to say the Management fee has been money well spent.
