Casas Espania have been fantastic throughout the purchase of our new property. From making initial enquiries at the ‘Place in the Sun’ exhibition in Manchester right up to the day we moved into our new place the service has been truly flawless.

The viewing trip was well-planned out and we got to see so much of the local area as well as the properties which proved very helpful in deciding where to buy. We had two great guys, Henry and Tony, showing us around and nothing was too much trouble for them when it came to helping us out. They had a comprehensive knowledge of the local area and answered any queries we had, no matter how minor. We were shown over 15 properties during our viewing trip where there was no time wasted nor were the agents pushy, their prime concern was making sure that we got the right property for us. We had an excellent time, made many new friends and the meal out after having our offer accepted was a truly special occasion and one that shall live long in our memories.

All of the staff at Casas Espania have provided us with an unparalleled service and continue to be friendly and helpful to this day if we have any queries or are just popping in to say hello when we pass the office. They guide you through the entire process and make the seemingly monstrous task of purchasing a property abroad feel like a breeze. I truly cannot speak highly enough of Casas Espania and I would encourage anyone looking to buy in Spain to go straight to them.
