XIV Conference Gastronomicas of Pinoso - Alicante

Pinoso Gastronomy dishes are characteristically cooked with honey, homemade recipes from lifelong, albeit with a touch of innovation by Pinoso's famous restaurateurs, which enable this perfect combination between tradition and modernity. Pinoso culinary also aims to promote family who are always crowded around a table of fine delicacies, accompanied of course, by wine.

The Conference Gastronomicas of Pinoso celebrates its fourteenth edition, and seeks to enhance the traditional and local cuisine, for which Pinoso is well known. The six participating restaurants, combine charm along with dishes like rice with rabbit and snails, gazpacho, garlic, sausages and homemade pastas. The menus will be accompanied by wines with denomination of origin Pinoso, Alicante and include homemade desserts and coffee. The menu price is 25 euros (VAT included).
