Orihuela Costa, Spain on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun
Following on from the latest episode of Channel 4’s A place in the Sun we were happy to see the Orihuela Costa featured on the show. It is right in saying that the Orihuela Costa is still a popular destination for both holiday makers and investors. Spain is working hard to encourage foreign investment and the new residency law granting non-EU nationals visas should they spend €500,000 or more on property means there is no better time than now to buy a property in Spain.
The Orihuela Costa is the coastal area on the Costa Blanca in South East Spain. The expanse of coastline makes the whole area of the Orihuela Costa excellent for coastal walks and hikes, as the whole coast is accessible by foot, more or less from the beginning to end. Orihuela Costa also has four excellent golf courses – Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Colinas and Las Ramblas.
